The fastest way to reach us is our Contact Us form — pick a reason and we'll route it to the right place. You can also use Contact Us inside the app, which fills in your account details automatically.
Open a guest's profile in the app, tap the call button, pick 15 or 30 minutes, choose an open time, and pay. The guest then accepts the request, and it becomes an upcoming call for you both.
If a guest declines or cancels, you're always refunded in full, with no fee and no time limit. If you cancel, you're refunded in full as long as it's at least 24 hours before the start time. Cancelling within 24 hours doesn't get a refund, because the guest held that slot for you. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Both people have 5 minutes from the start time to join. If the guest never joined, you're refunded in full automatically — you don't need to ask. If you didn't join but the guest did, the guest is paid and no refund is issued.
Payouts run automatically once a week to the bank account you connected through Stripe. You keep 60% of each call. Your first payout after setting up a new account can take longer, as Stripe holds initial funds for a short period. You can see everything owed to you in the Earnings tab.
Open Account Settings in the app and choose to deactivate your account. This immediately blocks future logins and removes your profile from listings. If you'd like your data removed as well, send us a message through Contact Us and we'll handle it. Note that booking and payment records are kept where we're required to for tax and dispute purposes.
Use the Report option on their profile or on a past booking. Every report is reviewed by an admin. Guests can also instantly block a specific viewer from booking them again, without waiting for a review.
No — it's entirely optional and only for guests. You can set your availability by hand in the app instead: weekly hours, plus blocking specific days or time ranges. If you do connect it, we only read the times you're busy so those slots can't be booked; we can't see any event details.
